Usage overview

  1. Activate the customer plug-in 
  2. Log into translate5 with PM rights
  3. Create a customer
  4. Import terminology to a termCollection (and therefore to customer that is assigned by the import to the termCollection)
  5. Switch to user management
  6. Assign the customer to a user
  7. Assign the role TermPortal to the user

For usage first terminology must be imported into termCollections of translate5 and the termCollections must be assigned to a customer.

Precondition: Customer plug-in

As a precondition for the TermPortal the customer plug-in must be activated.


Import terminology for usage with the TermPortal

Project managers can import terminology into translate5s termCollections and map them to customers.

Currently this is only possible via API-calls or directly calling the import URLs in the browser.
