- Activate the customer plug-in
- Log into translate5 with PM rights
- Create a customer
- Import terminology to a termCollection by using the TermImport plug-in (and therefore to customer that is assigned by the import to the termCollectionat the same time assign the termCollection to customer)
- Switch to user management
- Assign the customer to a user
- Assign the role TermPortal to the user
For usage first terminology must be imported into termCollections of translate5 and the termCollections must be assigned to a customer.
Precondition: Customer plug-in
As a precondition for the TermPortal the customer plug-in must be activated.
Import terminology for usage with the TermPortal
Project managers can import terminology into translate5s termCollections and map them to customers.
Currently this is only possible via API-calls or directly calling the import URLs in the browser.
