Description
Checks if a manual status is set in all segments, if not then the task can not be finished.
The manual status is the status that can be set in the right panel of translate5s editor.
Warning: For most use cases this plug-in should not be activated, because then for all segments a manual status must be set, otherwise jobs can not be finished.
