      Hi Mrs. Göpfert,

you need to have the role "Propose terms" or "Term PM" for this.

Yet as far as I saw in your translate5, this is already the case.

      So does this not work?

Or do you mean, that you have a number of terms with their translations already in an Excel file and want to add them all at ones? If this is the case, you should use Glossary Converter to convert the Excel to TBX and then import the TBX into your TermCollection.

      Does this help?

        Hi Mr. Mittag,

I found out how to add a new term. But I do not know how to add the translations for the new term.
Do I have to create an Excel-file and import it to the term portal in order to add translations? Is there no possibility to add translations directly in the term portal?

        regards

        Nathalie

        Hi Nathalie,

        sure you can.

If a term is active in TermPortal, you simply can click on "propose a new term" and then you can create a new term in the same termEntry. A term entry always stays for the same thing, that should be described. And for this "thing" you can enter multiple terms, that are its aural representations. In multiple languages.

Now, I've got it! Thank you!
