    Hi Anna,

you do not need to save anything.

Translate5 automatically saves every segment, immediately after you leave it.

As a project manager in addition you are able to export the file at the current status of the translation any time. The export contains bilingual (as xliff) and the translation in the original file format.

        Hi Anna,

this "questions" section is to ask general questions about translate5. If you need support for dedicated technical issues, you have to go through the company, that uses translate5.

If they have a support contract with us, they can forward your issue to us.

In this special case to help you faster, you can send a message through https://www.translate5.net/en/contact/ to us and tell me the URL of the translate5 instance, you work with and the company who runs it. If their instance is hosted by us I may be able to help you faster.

        best

        Marc
