Hello,

I have a best practice question that I haven't found an answer to on Confluence.

How do you best work with review tasks where there are multiple reviewers working in sequence?

With workflow chains? Or with different roles (reviewer + second reviewer)?

We often have assignments with 4-5 reviewers, and coordinating who is done and who still wants to review is manual at the moment. Is that easier?

You can go to the task properties and select "Simultaneous work" in the section "Multiple users".

This can also be set as the default setting in your systems properties. As of fall 2020 you will be able to define the default also per client.

In addition as of translate5 5.0.2, released on June 29th, you will be able to define, which user should be allowed to edit which segments for users with the same workflow role within the same task.
