Pricing preset range API

Create range
Request	POST /editor/plugins_matchanalysis_pricingpresetrange
Params	presetId Required. ID of preset to create match-rate range for
	from Required. Value that range should start at, inclusively	INFO Range gaps are allowed, but overlaps are not. All ranges must stay within 0 - 104 canvas
	till Required. Value that range should end at, inclusively

Edit range
